3 years ago this facility treated me and the pet I brought like a 24k gold bar. This time..... not so much. We were victims of the triage process. Waited over 5 hrs and then told to go home and would be called when it was my turn. NOT COOL UPDATE 10/2/26: After a $3000+ er room bill. Was sent home with meds and told to have my vet re-check in 7 days. That re-check, done on the 7th day, came back with results twice as bad as when she went in. For 3000 dollars they handed me back a dog that only got worse. When my vet called to get her in to see an internalist.... was told, and this is what a hospital told a doctor of veterinary medicine- " she can come Saturday and stay the weekend. Estimate $ 5000. Seeing internalist Monday estimate $ 2000. This is not a business interested in keeping pets alive it would seem. I understand the idea of profit. But I can count on 1 hand how many people I know that can shell out $7000 as a deposit and brace themselves for what's to come. I ended up having to go out of state to an er that would see her same day. I lost a lot of faith in veterinary medicine today.
