The front desk is very rude and aggressive. The vets there are not thourough and rush through the exam! They are not forthcoming about following up with potential issues that may arise from apointment to apointment. When you question their practices, they double down on their lack of transparency with annual visits and blame the customer. In addition, I was told it is my responsiblity to revist the potential issue with the vet and not the vet's job to do so!

Terrible customer service. The Abingdon location is so much better! No service provided because the front desk person couldn’t find time to get off the phone to talk to me. She didnt even acknowledge my presence! G

Don’t take your pet here if they are sick. They will charge you an office visit and turn you away. Doc even told me verbatim they are preventative care and they wouldn’t have the time to care for my pet after making a 30 min appointment online. They are the Walmart of vet care and it’s not the first time I have been turned away from them saying it’s nothing you are googling too much, to then have my last dog die of cancer because I was told it was nothing. They are quantity over quality.
